Why I’m Running

I’m running for Cypress City Council to bring my lifetime of public service and career as a budgeting and finance expert to serve the City that I call home, Cypress. As a father with two kids currently attending local public schools, I’m focused on creating a bright future for all Cypress residents that ensures Cypress is one of the safest cities in the state and one of the most desirable places to live, work, and raise a family.

As your District 4 Councilmember I will:

• Prioritize Public Safety first and foremost and ensure our neighborhoods and communities are protected.
• Be a fiscal conservative Councilmember, advocating for balanced budgets, limited spending, and lower taxes.
• Create a business-friendly environment so we can generate more economic opportunities for our city
• Improve infrastructure to reduce traffic and continue to invest in and repair our streets and sidewalks and continue to have great parks
• Prioritize Problem Solving Over Politics by enhancing resident connection to the city and increase collaboration and participation between residents, city council members and city hall
